LINCOLN MOTOR COMPANY

The Client: Lincoln Motor Company

The Brief: In order to relaunch the storied Lincoln Continental automobile, Lincoln — a division of Ford Motor Company — wanted to create a luxury lifestyle magazine for a targeted high-net-worth audience. Working with The Foundry, Meredith Corp.’s state-of-the-art creative lab, the company hired Begley Bloom Media to spearhead the initiative, with founder Laura Begley Bloom functioning as the editor-in-chief of the publication.

The Results: Using her editorial expertise and her skills in branded content, Laura oversaw all content for the magazine, which was called Defining Luxury. She also collaborated with the art department at The Foundry for the design of the magazine and helped craft accompanying marketing collateral. The program not only changed the perception of the Continental and Lincoln as a whole — it sold cars. The full publication can be viewed here, and sample spreads can be viewed below.
