The Client: The Shops at Columbus Circle

The Brief: The Shops at Columbus Circle approached Laura Begley Bloom with a challenge: Generate ongoing lifestyle content to help position Manhattan’s legacy shopping center as a dynamic hub for shopping, dining, and culture.

The Approach: Over a seven-year partnership, Laura led the development of an editorial content program anchored by a blog featuring original stories on the center’s retailers, restaurants, and cultural offerings. Laura oversaw every stage of the content process, from story ideation and production to visual direction, collaborating closely with the center’s tenants and its internal marketing team. The work extended into social and video, supporting seasonal campaigns and broader brand initiatives.

The Results: The lively, multi-platform content drove consumer engagement and helped generate media coverage, bringing the brand to life across channels while reinforcing The Shops at Columbus Circle as a go-to destination for style and discovery. Selected work is featured below.
