The Brief: While Laura Begley Bloom was at Yahoo Travel, the Illinois Office of Tourism approached the brand looking for ideas to support its “Find Something More” campaign. Laura developed and executed a content strategy that celebrated the wonderful contrasts and cultural diversity that travelers can find in Illinois. This content series lived on a number of platforms including Yahoo Travel and the Illinois Office of Tourism website,

The Results: Among the results of this strategic partnership: Visits to increased 45 percent during the campaign over the previous year. Laura’s work also contributed to the Illinois Office of Tourism’s 2016 U.S. Travel Association’s Mercury Award for best integrated marketing campaign.
